Terms Agreement

Welcome to Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn. These Terms explain the rules that apply when you use our game. Please read them before playing.

Your use of Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn constitutes binding acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, please uninstall the app and discontinue use.

Age and Eligibility: This app is intended for users who meet the minimum age required by Google Play and local law. If you permit a minor to use Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn, you accept these Terms on their behalf.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We'll notify you of significant changes through the app. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance.

• You have been previously banned from our services
• Applicable law in your jurisdiction prohibits your use

Account Responsibilities

Creating an account in Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn gives you access to more features. It also comes with certain responsibilities.

Keep Your Account Secure

• Keep your login credentials private and confidential
• Use a strong, unique password
• Log out on shared devices
• Notify us immediately of suspected unauthorized access at our support team

• One account per person
• No sharing accounts with others
• No selling, trading, or transferring your account
• No impersonating other players or Ashton's employees

Platform Integration: Connecting via Google Play Games links your Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn progress to your platform account. Transfer between platforms may not be available.

License to Play

Your right to use Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn is a limited personal license, not a transfer of ownership. Here's what that means.

Acceptable Use

Virtual Economy

This section explains the rules surrounding virtual currencies and items in Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn.

Not Real Money: Virtual currency (like gems or coins) and items in Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn have no monetary value outside the game. They cannot be converted to real currency or transferred to other games.

Acquiring virtual currency or items grants you a revocable license to use those game features — not ownership of any digital property.

Ashton's reserves the right to modify the virtual economy, including prices and availability. Purchased items may not retain the same utility after game updates.

Ashton's creates and maintains Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn as an original work protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP laws.

Ashton's owns all copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn and its content, globally.

Permitted Uses: You're welcome to share gameplay clips, screenshots, and reviews on social media for personal, non-commercial purposes. We love seeing players share their experience!

Prohibited: Copying, modifying, distributing, selling, commercially exploiting, or creating derivative works of Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn content without prior written consent from Ashton's.

No Warranty

Limitation of Liability

Like all digital services, Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn comes with liability limitations. Here's what they are and why they exist.

Ashton's will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of data, lost profits, or service unavailability — whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theory.

Liability Cap
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of these Terms or your use of Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid Ashton's in the 12 months before the claim; or (b) USD $100.

Exceptions: These limits don't apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These liability limitations are an essential part of the agreement between you and Ashton's. Without them, we could not provide Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn at its current price.

Your Indemnification Obligation

By using Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn, you agree to the following indemnification obligation.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ashton's and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against all claims, liabilities, and costs — including reasonable attorney's fees — from: (a) your Terms violations; (b) your Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn use; (c) your content; (d) your law violations.

Defense: Ashton's reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any matter subject to your indemnification. You agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

Notice: We'll give you prompt written notice of any indemnifiable claim and provide reasonable cooperation in your defense.

How We Handle Disputes

Ashton's is committed to resolving disputes fairly and efficiently. Here's how we do it.

Informal Resolution: Please contact our support team before escalating a dispute. Provide a description of your concern and desired outcome. We commit to a good-faith response within 30 days.

Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes will be resolved through binding individual arbitration rather than court, where permitted by law. Arbitration is faster, less expensive, and more private than litigation.

Disputes must be brought individually. Class, representative, and collective actions are not permitted under this Agreement.

Exceptions: Either party may seek emergency injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction. Individual small claims actions are also exempt from this arbitration agreement.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of accepting these Terms by emailing our support team with 'Arbitration Opt-Out' in the subject line.

Termination

Either party can end this agreement. Here's how termination works for both you and Ashton's.

You have the right to stop using Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn and close your account at any time without penalty. Email our support team to request account deletion.

Termination for Cause: We may immediately suspend or terminate accounts involved in cheating, fraud, hate speech, or other serious violations, without prior notice when necessary to protect our community.

Effects of Termination: Upon termination, your license ends immediately, virtual assets in your account are forfeited (if terminated for cause), and survival provisions continue in force.

Service Shutdown: Ashton's reserves the right to discontinue Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn entirely. We'll provide reasonable advance notice of any planned shutdown.

What Law Governs

The laws governing your use of Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn are described in this section.

The laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Ashton's is registered govern these Terms, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles.

For disputes not subject to arbitration, courts in Ashton's's jurisdiction have exclusive authority. You agree to their jurisdiction.

Consumer Law Exception: Mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply to the extent they cannot be overridden by this Agreement.

How We Notify You
For material changes, we'll display an in-app notice when you next open Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn and update the effective date at the top of this document. For minor updates (like typo fixes), we'll only update the date.

The effective date shown on these Terms is the date they apply. Using the app after this date confirms your acceptance.

If You Don't Agree
If you disagree with updated Terms, you may stop using Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn before the effective date. You can request account deletion at our support team.

General Terms

Electronic Agreement: These Terms are a valid contract even though they're digital. Your use of Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn is your binding electronic signature.

Player Safety

Some players may be sensitive to flashing or stroboscopic effects and could experience photosensitive reactions. Anyone with a personal or family history of seizures, convulsions, or epilepsy should seek medical advice before playing.

If you experience any of the following while playing Lucky Mahjong — Match & Earn: dizziness or lightheadedness, eye strain or blurred vision, uncontrolled eye or muscle movements, loss of awareness, disorientation, or seizure-like symptoms — should any of these symptoms occur, stop playing immediately and seek medical attention.
